Kimbap = rice + various fillings rolled in seaweed and sliced into bite-size pieces. Common fillings: preserved radish, spinach, carrot, egg, tuna, beef, kimchi. Not the same as Japanese sushi maki — Korean rice is sesame-oil-seasoned, and there's no raw fish.
